Is shipping included in the price of the art?

No but when you check-out it will be added to the total purchase amount, so you will see what the cost is before completing your purchase. You will have the option of choosing which delivery method you would prefer, which will affect the cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do but please reach out before finalizing your purchase to confirm the shipping costs of your country. There may be taxes and custom fees that are specific to your location. In that case, you are expected to fully cover those costs.

Does the studio allow for in person pick-up ?

Yes. You are more than welcome to visit the studio and pick up your artwork in person. Once the art has been completed, we will reach out to you in order to schedule a day/time when you can pick it up.

Is my artwork insured during transit?

Yes. ben joyce Studios will cover any damages to your art during the delivery from our studios to your residence. We cannot insure the package once it has left the original delivery destination.

What happens if my artwork is damaged upon arrival?

The packaging used in the transportation of your artwork is designed to mitigate and limit any possible damages or breaking but we cannot guarantee the safety once it has left our facilities.

If you receive a broken or damaged art piece, please reach out to us! Requests must be made within two weeks of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the damages for us to review.

Can you ship to a PO box?

No.

When will my delivery arrive?

This depends upon the completion time of your hand crafted art and the delivery option you select. When you are finishing your purchase, you will be asked what type of shipping option you would prefer and this will affect delivery times. Shipping is not included in the pricing and the total purchase amount will be updated accordingly.

Can I delay delivery?

If you will not be home or would like your art to be delivered on a specific day, please reach out to us once you have made your purchase and we can schedule a delivery date so long as it is after the expected completion time of your hand crafted art.
